Board of Directors
RECOSI is governed by its members, who elect a Board of Directors to lead the organisation. The day-to-day operations are run and managed by the Secretariat.
The RECOSI Board of Directors is the key governing body, currently composed of eleven Directors. The Board provides strategic oversight and works closely with the Secretariat.

Technical and Advisory Committee
The Technical and Advisory Committee (TAC) is a multi-stakeholder committee composed of members from civil society, academia, industry, and individual representatives from RECOSI Member companies. The TAC supports and advances RECOSI’s purpose and values by providing expert analysis and peer review of technical aspects of the sector-specific programmes.

Programme Committees and Working Groups
Each sector-specific programme has a committee formed by our members to provide support to the programme and enable member consultation. There are also working groups established to further meet the needs of members on specific issues, such as country working groups.
